Short breaks are available on request, please contact us. The rates are normally two-thirds of the relevant weekly rate for a minimum three night stay. We require a deposit of £50 for one week and £100 for two weeks. The balance is due four weeks prior to arrival, after which no refund can be given for cancellation. We recommend you take out your own holiday insurance.

The let is from 4.00pm on Saturday until the following Saturday morning; guests must vacate the property by 10.00am.
