Tramway Cottages: the cottages

front of tramway cottages

The two 1 1/2 storey, semi-detached cottages are furnished and decorated to an exceptionally high standard. Each has a large living room, kitchen / dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. They are fully double glazed and feature electric "Total Control" central heating, making them extremely warm and comfortable. Each cottage has private parking for two cars.

The living room has a maple hardwood floor and an open fireplace built from local slate. We provide fuel for those who would like to savour the delights of an open fire. There is a CD player, TV with Freeview, and a DVD player with a selection of films for those rainy days. We also offer a wireless broadband internet connection. A feature staircase leads through the living room to the upper floor.

Situated on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, the picturesque conservation village of Ellenabeich offers spectacular sea views to the Isle of Mull and beyond to the islands of the Inner Hebrides. It is here that your dream of a Scottish highland escape awaits you!

kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area has a quarry tiled floor with a stable door leading to a small back garden. Each kitchen features all the modern conveniences including a fridge with ice box, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, electric cooker and a microwave.

Both bedrooms upstairs are fully carpeted. The main bedroom has a King Size bed and the smaller bedroom has 2ft 6 twin beds which zip and link to form another King size if required. All the beds are supplied with linen and duvets. The full size bathroom includes an electric shower over the bath and an electrical shaver point.

We pride ourselves on having exceptional accommodation and the cottages are under our personal supervision. We live close by so we are usually on hand.
